Privacy Policy — Noah’s Ark: Two by Two

Noah’s Ark: Two by Two (“the app”) is a children’s game published by Faith Based Gaming.

The short version

The app does not collect or transmit personal information or gameplay data. It has no accounts, ads, tracking, or network requests.

Information stored only on the device

The app saves the following information locally in Apple’s app-private storage:

game progress, including levels, stars, coins, collections, and cosmetic choices;
sound and tutorial preferences;
coarse aggregate play counters, such as completed voyages and local performance summaries.

This information is used only to run the game and show progress on that device. It is not transmitted to Faith Based Gaming or any third party, is not linked to an identity, and is deleted when the app is removed. Under Apple’s App Privacy definitions, information processed only on the device is not “collected.”

What the app does not do

No accounts or sign-in.
No names, email addresses, photos, voice recordings, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or other personal information.
No advertising, analytics, social media, chat, sharing, or user-generated content.
No in-app purchases or external links.
No third-party SDKs or services.
No network requests; the game works fully offline.

The app plays audio through the device speaker but does not use the microphone.

Children’s privacy

The app is designed for children. Because it does not collect personal information online, it is designed to avoid the data-collection practices that trigger parental notice and consent under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule. If a future version adds any collection or connected feature, it will be reviewed before release and this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated first.
